Oil
Oils with high-performance additives for reliable lubrication. Oils have the ability to dissipate heat well from the lubricating point. In addition they have good wetting ability and the ability to spread easily across the component and form a protective lubricating film. Oil lubrication is therefore often used at high temperatures or high speeds. Typical fields of application are gears, chains, friction bearings, hydraulic systems and compressors.
Greases
Greases ideal for long-term lubrication, where you want the lubricant to remain at lubricating point even against external influences such as humidity & foreign matter, because it consist of a base oil thats bound by a thickener. It ensures continued effective protection against friction & wear seals the lubricating point against external influences. Grease are often used at roller & friction bearings, fittings, guides but also at chains & gears.
Cleaner And Degreaser
Cleaner and Degreaser. A cleaner and degreasing liquid for cleaning and degreasing metal surfaces of oil, grease and dirt residues, prior to applying rust preventives and as a cleaner during repair jobs, etc.
Dry Lubricants
Dry lubricants, the alternative for special application. These are materials which despite being in the solid phase are able to reduce friction between two surfaces sliding against each-other, divided into solid lubricants in powder form, ceraceous sliding films and inbonded coatings containing solids. Bonded coatings are solid lubricants, usually MoS2, graphite that are incorporated into an organic or inorganic binder.
Pastes
Pastes for easy assembly and dismantling. Pastes contain a high percentage of solid lubricant particles, thus providing a reliable lubrication and parting effect. They ensure good corrosion protection under extreme temperatures and pressures and even in the presence of aggressive media. Pastes are commonly used at screw threaded connections as well as for pressing in pins and bolts, at gear-wheels, chucks, hinges and plain bearings.

Kluber Lubricants Grease
Spindle bearing grease
ISOFLEX NBU 15 is primarily used for spindle bearings and high-speed plain bearings, e.g. in CNC machine tools and textile machines. Further applications are in threaded spindles, balls crews operating under high loads, running gear bearings, as a long-term grease in cableway bearings and in precision engineering. It may also be used for the lubrication of tooth flanks in precision gears (e.g. bevel gears in milling machines, electromechanical valve actuators).
Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings
ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 is used in high-speed, high-load plain and rolling bearings; also suitable for low temperatures.It is also suitable for electric contacts and components. In addition, the product is resistant to many synthetic materials. Owing to the different compositions of elastomers and plastic materials, compatibility tests are indispensable before series application.
